What Does All This Means For You?
You will have all your patient data safely in one place to easily begin sending out ongoing promotional emails and text messages.
What's Included With Your Setup fee:
• BAA Agreement Creation
We will create and sign a BAA (Business Associates Agreement) with your organization to guarantee your patients’ privacy information is safe.
• A2p Compliance Setup
To send high-volume SMS and MMS messages to new leads in compliance with carrier regulations, we must register your business for A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) messaging.
• A2P Compliance Registration (Application-to-Person 10DLC Registration)
• Registration of business with carriers including EIN number
• Submission of business details, use case, and consent verification methods.
• Creation of A2P compliant optin form with required disclaimer check boxes
• Creation of sample optin web page, including terms of services, and privacy policy
• Submission of A2P campaign with created sample web page for review.
• If campaign is rejected, we will review, optimize, and resubmit the campaign until it is approved.
• Email Integration
If your practice has a paid email address (i.e. frontdesk@practicename.com), we will connect your practice’s email service into Patient Drip. This will maximize likelihood that your reactivation campaigns reach your patients’ inboxes without being flagged as spam.
• Database Segmentation & Integration
• We will import the provided .CSV or .XLS patient file into Patient Drip
• We will segment the patients and leads for niche specific targeting
